This European farmhouse design was influenced by both Italian and Spanish villas.  Nestled into its rural environment with its double height central pavilion and the symmetrical design of the wings on both sides, the house has a commanding presence.  A grand entrance hall opens to a large open-plan living space with aged oak floors, wrought iron detailing and lime washed plaster walls reminiscent of European architecture.

With a dramatic double height ceiling the stairs lead to a bridge linking the first floor library which is complete with Juliet balcony overlooking the informal living space.  The authentic hand painted kitchen with large central island creates a welcoming space for the family to gather.  The scullery is both functional yet an integral part of the main kitchen.
